Priyadarshini (Priya) has been with Mayhem Studios for over 2.5 years, almost since the company's infancy and has been a pillar for the company. Mayhem raised its series A around April last year from the world's best backers including Peak XV (erstwhile Sequoia India), Steadview Capital, Hashed, etc and is working on India's most anticipated game, Underworld Gang Wars (UGW) with over 7 M pre-registrations.

Priya has been a backbone for us and me throughout this journey and has worked on EA, coordinating for all leaders of the company, and managing investors and other partners all over the world. She has also undertaken the admin and IT for the company and has done a great job setting up our studio in Bangalore (which is where we hosted our community members on Dec 23 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVVkBbrdBsc) and IT including software, hardware and infra for over 100 of our employees building India's first AAA game. She also manages our travel and other admin, working tirelessly for the company to succeed.

Priya is a passionate, hardworking go-getter who always gives her best and takes on responsibilities with unwavering commitment and we are very lucky to have her with us on this rollercoaster of a ride of building a great gaming studio out of India for the world.

Professional wise

· Meticulous with her guest follow-ups, timely escalations and personal involvement ensuring guest delight.

· Timely response to all guest surveys – and the last few months we have been receiving close to 400 surveys each month and the response rate has always been 98-99 per cent.

· Each month, in these 400 surveys, innumerable employees are recognized. She systematically tracks it and ensures all of them receive the General Manager’s Appreciate letter.

· Tracking all the guests’ low ratings through Guest Feedback and repeatedly reminding HODs to complete their tickets.

· She steps in to assist Business Centre guests or colleagues whenever any assistance is required – never say No attitude.

She has occasionally served as a stand-in for the Executive Assistant to the EX President in their absence, demonstrating her versatility and reliability.


· During the last few months, she has even filled in the gap with lobby presence and guided the young guest relations girls towards quality work. She keeps track of the VIPs & tries to meet most of them.

· She interacts with many guests’ and personally follows up on every request of theirs – we all can see this in the number of times her name has come in guest surveys. She ensures each guest interaction is meaningful which also brings the hotel scores high.

She has been part of the organization for the past 14 years, starting as an Executive Assistant to the RDM. She transitioned to the Training Department and swiftly advanced to the role of Training Executive. Subsequently, she was moved to Executive Assistant to the General Manager, where she has dedicated her expertise for the past decade with me. (10 years)
In my absence, she adeptly manages my office affairs, ensuring smooth operations and continuity.
