Top Management, with huge amount of exposure in the field of Public Relations, Internal

Communications, Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility.

In her role as Sr. EA of the company, she is responsible for taking care of heavy Internal and

External meetings, Reviews, Governance, Travel Management, Sr. Leadership offsite/event

engagements, Pan India townhalls, R&R, and Relationship Building.

She has recognitions of Secretary of the Year 2004 by Secretarial Foundation, Delhi and

Outstanding Performer 2023 for contribution towards CSR projects by Clix Capital.

Before joining Paytm in Mar 2023, Ms. Singh held multiple important roles with CEO/MD offices of

Clix Capital, Aircel, Emaar India, The Imperial, Pepsico and B&A (law firm). Ms. Singh is a graduate

of Delhi University and postgraduate in English Literature from HP University and completed her

MBA from the Symbiosis University, Pune.
